General terms and conditions

1: Front office is supposed to keep your valid passport up to your check out time.

2: Due to security issues, visitors of yours are not allowed in your room

3: Check in time is 14 and check out time is 12 p.m.

4: In case of check in between 7 a.m. till 14 and check out between 12 p.m. till 20, a half day rate will be charged

5: Room rate includes breakfast

6:One GB free internet access is available for the registered guests per day. Any consumption more than that have got extra charges.

7: All payments are welcomed only by cash; acceptable currencies are USD, Euro and IRR.

Cancellation policy :

• Cancellations made up to 72 hours before check in will incur no charge
• Cancellations made between 72 to 48 hours before check in will incur 30% fee of the first night of the reserved room type
• Cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours before check in will incur 50% fee of the first night of the reserved room type
• Cancellations made 24 hours before check in will incur 70% fee of the first night of the reserved room type
• Cancellations made on check in date will incur 100% fee of the first night of the reserved room type
• No-show will incur 100% fee of the first night of the reserved room type
• To check in 8 hours before 14 (Check in time) and to check out 8 hours after 12 (check out time) will incur half day rate Early check in and late check out is only possible based on the percentage of the room occupancy and discretion of the assistant/room division manager
