General terms and conditions

1: Front office is supposed to keep your valid passport up to your check out time.

2: Due to security issues, visitors of yours are not allowed in your room

3: Check in time is 14 and check out time is 12 p.m.

4: In case of check in between 7 a.m. till 14 and check out between 12 p.m. till 20, a half day rate will be charged

5: Room rate includes breakfast

6:One GB free internet access is available for the registered guests per day. Any consumption more than that have got extra charges.

7: All payments are welcomed only by cash; acceptable currencies are USD, Euro and IRR.

Cancellation policy :

• Cancellation made between 20 to 11 days before arrival date incurs 20% charge of the first night fee of all room types
• Cancellation made between 10 to 6 days before arrival date incurs 30% charge of the first night fee of all room types
• Cancellation made between 5 to 2 days before arrival date incurs 50% charge of the first night fee of all room types
• Cancellation made between 2 to 1 days before arrival date incurs 70% charge of the first night fee of all room types
• Cancellation made one day before arrival date and also no-show incurs 100% charge of the first night fee of all room types
• Requests to change the name of the guest or arrival date of him/her on arriving date are not accepted
